1 Return, Exchanges, and Shipping FAQ
1.1 What is your return policy?

In store: We offer full refunds and exchanges for unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of purchase date. We do not offer store credit.

 

Online: We offer full refunds ONLY for unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items can be shipped back or returned in store in adherence to Seneca College’s COVID-19 policies. We do not offer store credit. We do not accept returns on jewellery, hats, and FINAL SALE items.

1.2 What is your exchange policy?

In Store: We offer exchanges for unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days of purchase date.

 

Online: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to make an exchange, please contact The Boutique at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be unworn and tags still attached.

 

1.3 Do you ship internationally?

We only offer Canada-wide Shipping.

 

1.4 Who do you ship with and how long does it take?

We ship with UPS and you may expect your package within 3-7 business days (Standard shipping). To view our shipping policy, you can visit our page here.

 

1.5 How will I know The Boutique has received my order and how can I track it?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

1.6 Can I cancel or change my order?

1.7 Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for orders $50 or more before tax.

2.1 Is your store front open for business?

The Boutique on-campus store is officially re-opening for the fall on November 3rd - December 4th, 2022.

 

Store Hours: 

Tuesday - Thursday: 12pm - 6pm

Friday: 12pm - 4pm

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: CLOSED

 

2.2 Can anyone shop in store?

Everyone is welcome to shop at the boutique. They can also pick up and return in store. All visitors on campus must adhere to the Seneca College COVID-19 protocols. See Seneca College’s COVID-19 Policies.

 

2.3 Do you offer price adjustments or price matching?

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

 

2.4 Is your packaging sustainable?

To promote sustainability within The Boutique, we wrap customer purchases in 100% recycled tissue paper. 

 

2.5 Do you offer Gift Cards?

We offer e-Gift Cards available to purchase online at www.senecaboutique.ca. We do not offer physical gift cards. For more information, please click here. 

 

2.6 Do you offer curb-side pickup?

We do not offer curb-side pickup. We do offer the option to purchase online and pick up in store.

 

2.7 What methods of payment can I use?

The Boutique accepts the following: Debit, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept cash.

 

3 Boutique Rewards FAQ
3.1 Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, we offer a points based program called Boutique Rewards. For every one dollar you spend you earn one point, online and in store. For more information visit our rewards page here.

 

3.2 What are my benefits as a member of The Boutique Rewards program?

When you sign up for the Rewards program you will earn 50 points, plus 1 point for every dollar you spend before tax. Once you reach $500 spent, you will become a VIP and earn 2 points for every dollar spent. Each year on your sign-up anniversary, you will earn an additional 50 points.
