Is your store still open? 

Due to COVID-19 The Boutique has been moved to online only until Seneca College officially re-opens. 


Do you do curb-side pickup? 

We do not currently offer curb-side pickup.


Why is your online store only open until April 11th?

Our store is part of a Fashion Business Program at Seneca College. We only operate for a certain amount of time each semester as part of the student learning experience.


Do I need an account to make a purchase?

There are two ways to complete a purchase, you can purchase products from our website without an account and checkout as a guest or create an account with us and collect Seneca Boutique points and earn multiple rewards. To learn more, visit our login and create an account page here.


Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, our rewards program is called "points", for every one dollar you spend on our website, you earn one point. For more information visit our rewards page here


What are my benefits as a member of The Boutique Rewards program?

When you sign up for the Rewards program you will earn 50 points, plus 1 point for every dollar you spend before tax. Once you reach $500 spent, you will become a VIP and earn 2 points for every dollar spent. And, each year on your sign-up anniversary you will earn an additional 50 points.

Do my Boutique Points expire?

No, Boutique points never expire.

The Boutique accepts the following:

Do you have gift cards?

No, we do not carry or provide gift cards at the moment.


Who do you ship with and how long does it take?

What is your return policy?

Why is your return policy only 7 days from the time I receive my order?

Our store only operates for a short period of time, we must have a short return policy in order to process your request while our business is operating.


How will I know The Boutique has received my order?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed.


How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.


Can I cancel or change my order?
