1 Returns, Exchanges and Shipping FAQ
1.1 What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 7 days from the date your order is delivered. To view our returns policy, you can visit our page here. 

1.2 How can I make a return?

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected] with your full name, order number and reason for return. A staff member will then promptly provide you with a Return Authorization number. For more information regarding returns, please click here.  

1.3 Do you offer straight exchanges?

We are not able to process exchanges online. If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn item for a refund with a Return Authorization number.  

1.4 Do I get a full refund or store credit?

We offer refunds for unworn items with tags still attached within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. For more information regarding returns, click here. 

1.5 Do you ship internationally?

We only offer Canada-wide shipping. 

1.6 Who do you ship with and how long does it take?

We ship with UPS and you may expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days (Standard shipping). To view our shipping policy, you can visit our page here.

1.7 Why is your return policy only 7 days from the time I receive my order?

Our store only operates for a short period of time, we must have a short return policy in order to process your request while our business is operating.

1.8 How will I know The Boutique has received my order?

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed.

1.9 How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

1.10 Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. To view our order cancellation policy, you can visit our page here.

2.1 Do you offer price adjustments or price matching?

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching. Our prices may change at any time.  

2.2 Do you carry menswear?

We currently only offer women's clothing and accessories. 

2.3 How often do you have new launches?

We offer new product every season.  

2.4 Is your packaging sustainable?

To promote sustainability within The Boutique, we wrap customer purchases in 100% recycled tissue paper.

3.1 Do you offer e-Gift cards?

We are excited to announce the launch of e-gift cards from The Boutique. For more information, please click here.

3.2 Is your store front open for business?

The Boutique on-campus store is open for limited days in June. We are open June 2nd, 9th, and 16th from 12pm to 4pm. Access to the campus store is currently available only to Seneca students and employees. See Seneca's COVID policies for details before coming to Seneca College. 

3.3 Why is your store only available to shop at certain times of the year?

The Boutique @ Seneca is a learning lab for second-year Fashion Business students. A new group of students operate The Boutique each semester. We re-open and close our business two semesters each school year. 

3.4 Do you offer curb-side pickup?

We do not currently offer curb-side pickup.

3.5 Do I need an account to make a purchase?

There are two ways to complete a purchase. You can purchase products from our website without an account and checkout as a guest or create an account with us. To learn more, visit our login and create an account page here.

4 Boutique Rewards FAQ
4.1 Do you have a rewards program?

Yes, we offer a points based program, for every one dollar you spend on our website, you earn one point. For more information visit our rewards page here

4.2 What are my benefits as a member of The Boutique Rewards program?

When you sign up for the Rewards program you will earn 50 points, plus 1 point for every dollar you spend before tax. Once you reach $500 spent, you will become a VIP and earn 2 points for every dollar spent. And, each year on your sign-up anniversary you will earn an additional 50 points. 

4.3 How do I redeem points?

4.4 Do my Boutique Points expire?

No, Boutique points never expire.
