Shipping Policy
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your purchase.
- Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days after purchasing, excluding holidays and weekends.
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
- The Boutique at Seneca is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping by the courier.
We are currently only shipping within Canada. We use UPS as our main courier within Canada.

We currently do not ship to Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut.
You may expect your packages to arrive within 3-7 business days. Depending on the location of the delivery, the shipping time may be varied. Please keep tracking your parcel with the tracking number that is provided. Please note processing and delivery times may be delayed. Delivery times are not guaranteed during this time.
Buy online pick-up in store
We offer FREE pick-up in-store for all online orders. Select "Pick up at the Boutique (RM B2024)..." at checkout.
Please note: Pick-up is only available during store operating hours until December 2nd:
Tuesday- Thursday 12:00pm - 6:00pm and Friday 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please show your order confirmation email with the order number when you arrive to pick up your order.
- Proof of vaccination: Everyone coming to a Seneca campus/location is required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated; upon arrival on campus, please show your proof of your vaccination status in any format that you have.
- Masks: Masks are required at Seneca in settings where physical distancing can’t be maintained
- If you are not a Seneca student or staff member, you must verify your ID to the Security.

Online Order Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for an exchange or refund.
- We accept returns up to 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items must be unused, and undamaged with all tags remaining attached in order to be accepted for return.
- We do not accept returns on jewellery, hats, and FINAL SALE items.
- All returned items are subject to inspection based on the outlined conditions.
- Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with a return authorization number.
- It will take up to 3-7 business days for the refund money to be credited back to your account. The refund will be initiated using the same payment method that was initially used for the purchase.
Please note that we will not be able to refund any additional charges that your bank might apply.
Online Returns/Exchange Process
- In order to have your return processed, please send us an email with your full name, the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- The return shipping fee is $8. We will supply you with a shipping label for your return via UPS or you may ship at your own expense through a local postal service or courier.
- Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged in the store. See the In-Store Returns Policy below.

The Boutique at Seneca holds the right to limit or refuse an item if it does not meet these conditions.
In-store Returns Policy
- Items purchased at the Boutique campus store and online may be returned in-store.
- Purchases made in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Online orders picked up in-store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of order pick up. Bring proof of pick up along with your order confirmation email.
- We do not accept returns on jewellery, hats, and FINAL SALE items.
- Bring proof of purchase (receipt, online order confirmation email, payment history with date and time) and the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been prepared for shipment by our team, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.
