Shipping Policy 

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation to confirm your purchase.  

  • Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days after purchasing, excluding holidays and weekends. 
  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. 
  • The Boutique at Seneca is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping by the courier. 

We are currently only shipping within Canada. We use UPS as our main courier within Canada.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping over $50 (before taxes) 
  • $10 flat-fee for purchases under $50 (before taxes)

Shipping Time 

Please note due to COVID-19 processing and delivery times may be delayed. Delivery times are not guaranteed during this time.   

You may expect your packages to arrive within 3-7 business days. Depending on the location of the delivery, the shipping time may be varied. Please keep tracking your parcel with the tracking number that is provided.

 

Returns Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for an exchange or refund. 

  • We accept returns up to 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged with all tags remaining attached in order to be accepted for return.
  • We do not accept returns on jewellery, hats, and FINAL SALE items.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection based on the outlined conditions.  
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In order to have your return processed, please send us an email with your full name, the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
  • Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with a return authorization number. It will take up to 3-7 business days for the refund money to credit back in your account. The refund will be initiated using the same payment method that was initially used for purchase. 
  • The return shipping fee is $8. We will supply you with a shipping label for your return via UPS or you may ship at your own expense through a local postal service or courier

The Boutique at Seneca holds the right to limit or refuse an item if it does not meet these conditions.  

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been prepared for shipment by our team, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.
