Disclosure of Information

In addition, Seneca uses a third party “Lightspeed” for the provision of our eCommerce platform and to facilitate our point of sale services. Lightspeed is held contractually responsible for processing information on behalf of Seneca, and only for purposes approved by Seneca. Like Seneca, Lightspeed maintains appropriate technical and organization measures to protect information from unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, theft, alteration or disclosure.

We may share information with agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.

The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
