Online Order Return Policy
As a student-operated learning lab and fashion retail store, the Boutique at Seneca is open for just 7 weeks during the Fall 2025 school semester. This limited schedule is why our return policy is 7 days. We appreciate your support for our students’ growth and learning.
If you're unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Here's how to initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- If an item is damaged, include a detailed description and photo
Please note the following:
- Returns must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- We don't accept returns on final sale items.
- All returned items undergo inspection before approval.
- Once approved, refunds take 3-7 business days to process via the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- The return shipping fee is $10, and we'll provide a UPS label for your convenience.
- Alternatively, you may ship at your own expense through a local postal service or courier.
In-Store Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase, with proof of purchase and the original payment method.
- Returns must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- We don't accept returns on jewellery, hats, hair accessories, Pre-loved merchandise, or final sale items.
- Online orders picked up in-store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of order pick-up.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, unless the order has already been fulfilled. Once prepared for shipment, orders can't be canceled or modified. Email us at [email protected] for cancellations.
