1) How to measure an existing ring

• Find an existing ring that fits the finger you want to use.
• Take a measurement of the ring's inside diameter (in mm).
• To find your ring size, see the table below.

2)  How to measure your finger

• Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you want your ring to be and place it there.
• To discover your optimum fit, make sure the paper is pulled snugly against your finger, the tighter the better.
• Mark the point where the paper meets and use a ruler to measure the distance (mm)
• To find your ring size, use the chart below.
